Base Salary: $625k
Annual Cash Bonus: 75% of Salary (2019 Bonus guarantee at 124% of Base Salary)
Long Term Incentive: starting in 2020 target 190% of Salary
Sign-on Package: Receive a make-whole award to compensate for outstanding awards forfeited upon termination of employment with Peabody Energy… receive a one-time grant of restricted stock units (3yr vesting) valued at $ 1,913,000.00. Also, one-time cash payment totaling the gross amount of $110,000.00, payable on the first pay period of January 2020.
Executive Relocation: 6 months of temporary housing, three years tax preparation reimbursement up to $15,000 per year. Additionally, eligible to receive up to $90,000.00 to support the international portion of your relocation which is conditional on your current company not providing full support for repatriation. No buy-out option of a current primary residence or home equity loss guarantee.
